
At Our Loved Ones (OLO), we provide safe, engaging, and supportive daytime care for adults who need supervision, assistance, or meaningful social connection. As a dually licensed provider, our program offers both Adult Day Care and Adult Day Support services—designed to support independence, promote wellness, and give caregivers trusted respite without sacrificing dignity or quality of life.
Adult Day Care
Our Adult Day Care program offers structured, supportive daytime services in a safe setting for individuals who benefit from supervision and assistance.
Includes:
Supervision and supportive assistance throughout the day
Help with daily living needs (as appropriate)
Social engagement and community-building activities
Health and wellness monitoring
Meals and snacks provided (as applicable)
Caregiver respite and support
Adult Day Support
OLO’s Adult Day Support focuses on skill-building, structured routines, and personalized support for individuals who need added guidance to remain safe and successful in the community.
Includes:
Individualized support plans
Skill-building activities and goal support
Behavioral support strategies (when needed)
Structured daily routines and purposeful engagement
Community integration activities (as applicable)
Progress monitoring and documentation
Health and safety are always a priority. We support overall wellness through ongoing observation and coordination.
May include:
Wellness checks and general health monitoring
Medication support (as permitted and applicable)
Coordination with families, providers, and case managers
Support for medical appointments and follow-up (as applicable)
Our daily program is built to keep participants active, engaged, and connected.
Examples include:
Cognitive stimulation (games, memory activities, discussion groups)
Creative arts (music, crafts, painting, seasonal projects)
Movement and exercise (chair yoga, walking, stretching)
Life skills and independence-building activities
Social events, celebrations, and themed days
We provide respectful assistance based on individual needs and care plans.
Support may include:
Toileting reminders and assistance (as applicable)
Mobility support and fall-risk precautions
Assistance with hygiene-related needs during program hours
Supportive meal assistance (as appropriate)
Transportation can be a major barrier for families—so we work to help when possible.
Options may include:
Scheduled pick-up and drop-off (limited availability)
Coordination with Medicaid transportation (when applicable)
Support planning the safest transportation option
