Our leadership team combines clinical nursing expertise with a deep sociological understanding of adult care needs.
Is the Executive Director of Our Loved Ones (OLO), with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and over a decade of nursing experience across geriatrics, urgent care, women’s health, telehealth, corrections, travel nursing, and immunization leadership. Nicole brings a calm, clinical, and compassionate approach to adult day services.
Her leadership is rooted in one belief: adults thrive when care is safe, structured, and centered on dignity. At OLO, Nicole is committed to building a nurturing environment where participants feel valued, engaged, and supported—while families gain peace of mind and meaningful respite. She focuses on creating purposeful programming that encourages independence, strengthens daily living skills, and supports overall wellness through consistent routines, relationships, and resources tailored to each individual.
Is the Program Director of Our Loved Ones (OLO), known for creating interactive, purpose-driven programming that keeps participants fully engaged throughout the day. She is especially skilled at building meaningful connections with participants and families—an approach that naturally extends into her leadership of OLO’s Enrollment and Community Engagement department, where she helps families feel informed, supported, and welcomed from the very first call.
With an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Daphne blends strong clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of social and behavioral needs. She uses this unique perspective to advocate for participant-centered day services, strengthen group support, and ensure each individual’s experience at OLO is engaging, dignified, and tailored to help them thrive.
